Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce this will be a difficult
bug to fix. Furthermore, Lubuntu 18.10 is no longer supported. I would
suggest trying again in 19.10. Perhaps try setting up the same partition
scheme with 18.04 on it and see what happens. If you can't reproduce it,
perhaps it was merely a fluke.
