This is an i386-only package that had been identified as one we wanted
to keep in focal if possible. If it depends on obsolete libraries that
we are dropping, then that takes precedence, but if there were a
possibility that this package would be updated again before release,
then dropping it and re-adding it would be awkward.
However, this definitely requires more changes than just updating the
build dependencies, and it blocks removal of libraries that we
definitely want to drop for focal, so removing as requested.
