I've verified the Bionic version in -proposed (1:1.6.5-1ubuntu1~18.04.4). The test was to try a network/SSH dump with the previous Bionic version (in -updates pocket, version 1:1.6.5-1ubuntu1~18.04.3) and observe it fails, due to being unable to resolve the hostname set in the kdump-tools configuration. After that, I've upgraded to the bionic-proposed version and the SSH dump worked - it was able to resolve the hostname.
