I have a brand new ThinkPad t495s (Ryzen 7 Pro 3700U) with a fresh Eoan deployment, which exhibits exactly the behaviour described in this ticket. AFAIK everything is up-to-date. Am I doing smth wrong or is there an issue with this fix? Please let me know if I can provide further evidence or testing.
