Public bug reported: In Add/Remove Applications, the list is sorted either alphabetically or by popularity.
When sorting from A-Z, the arrow points down. A is first and Z is last. When the arrow points down while sorting by popularity, the list is displayed from least popular to most popular. This is backwards. It makes more sense for the most popular item to math up with the fat end of the arrow and the least popular item to be the pointed end of the arrow. When sorting by popularity, you're probably looking for the most popular software. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Sorting Arrow in Add/Remove Inverted for Popularity https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/172731 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
