At a minimum, we need: 1. The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem. 2. The behavior you expected. 3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible). Reading your report it appears you'd most likely benefit from support. This bug report can be converted to a question (aimed at support); bug reports however are primarily aimed at finding problems, then fixing so subsequent users won't stumble with the same issue.
