Binary package hint: dolphin-kde4
In dolphin, I have enabled View > Show hidden files, and I have set View
> Adjust view properties to:
Show hidden files = checked
Apply view properties to = All folders
I then clicked Apply, then Yes, then clicked OK. When I restart dolphin,
all of these settings are gone. I can't figure out how to "show hidden
files" by default in dolphin and have that behavior be permanent. It is
my opinion that if we are going to keep dolphin as the default file
manager, it should be much more robust, flexible, and bug-free.
