hello

initramfs-tools depends on util-linux for getopt.
surely, you had not util linux installed because at this time, you have 
problems between util-linux and linux32.
So you must remove linux32 and wait ;)
If you cant remove linux32, try sudo dpkg -P initramfs-tools
that will say that you can't remove initramfs-tools because you have many 
dependancies .
but after doing this you access to synaptic and you can remove linux32 ...
