Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 19.10
nautilus version: 1:3.34.1-1ubuntu1

Upon pressing F2 to rename a file, if delete one of the characters and replace
it with the same character, but a different case, and you click rename, the
changes should save.
Instead they get discarded

E.g. renaming foo.c -> Foo.c keeps it as foo.c instead of renaming it to
Foo.c
