With m2300w package, the Magicolor 2400w works nicely, althought I had to select "Minolta" as manufacturer in gnome printer dialogue, which is confusing since the box has "KONICA MINOLTA" on it. Could the contents of m2300w become part of foomatic database that is installed normally? It will not work out-of-box without the package being installed by the user.
