thresh@coal ~ $ chromium [18678:18678:1126/214313.590951:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(157)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /snap/chromium/958/usr/lib/chromium-browser/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755. zsh: trace trap (core dumped) chromium thresh@coal ~ $ snap info chromium name: chromium summary: Chromium web browser, open-source version of Chrome publisher: Canonical* contact: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bugs?field.tag=snap license: unset description: | An open-source browser project that aims to build a safer, faster, and more stable way for all Internet users to experience the web. commands: - chromium.chromedriver - chromium snap-id: XKEcBqPM06H1Z7zGOdG5fbICuf8NWK5R tracking: stable refresh-date: yesterday at 19:59 MSK channels: stable: 78.0.3904.108 2019-11-25 (958) 160MB - candidate: 78.0.3904.108 2019-11-22 (952) 160MB - beta: 79.0.3945.45 2019-11-22 (951) 155MB - edge: 80.0.3962.2 2019-11-11 (945) 155MB - installed: 78.0.3904.108 (958) 160MB - thresh@coal ~ $ snap version snap 2.42.1-1 snapd 2.42.1-1 series 16 debian - kernel 5.3.0-2-amd64 dmesg: [10314.062465] traps: chrome[18678] trap int3 ip:55a6d4e08a73 sp:7fffc7228630 error:0 in chrome[55a6d278d000+69cb000] The system is Debian Testing. ** Affects: chromium-browser (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1854091 Title: [snap] traps on start To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1854091/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
