The "File" *was* used. My girlfriend is working for "Tilde IT", a company which is responsible for Lithuanian localisation of Microsoft products, and currently she is working on some Microsoft translations - all upcoming Microsoft software releases will feature "Rinkmena". Also it was officially reported in a private mailing list of Commision for Lithuanian Terms (or whatever it translates into english) by their General Manager that *all* current Microsoft translations use the term "Rinkmena", and it will stay so. I expect Mozilla and OpenOffice.org to follow soon. Upstream GNOME translation features "Rinkmena" from 2.14. It indeed was and would be very short minded to still vote against using "Rinkmena" in Ubuntu.
