Pedro I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a back trace. Ive tried by running evince thru gdm, and attaching gdm to a running session. with evince open, I open a pdf, and hit f5 (or select presentation view) and the session crashes. However the gdb session never returns to the gdb prompt. if i force quit the evince task, i get back tothe gdb prompt, but the program has closed and gdb cannot report anything. Ive attached a screen shot, and the dbg output i get up to the crash. Note the screen shot has an open window overlayed on top of the dead session, and also has the top and bottom panels, which are not visible when the crashed evince session is given the focus.
