Public bug reported:

snap takes more than 24 hours to install an app. However, the apt
install apps in few minutes. Sometimes snap even crashes like this.

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Download snap "chromium" (1049) from channel "stable" (stream error: stream
ID 1; PROTOCOL_ERROR)

I think it's a bug in your website, because I can get Ubuntu 19.10 Live
CD in less than 10 minutes.

Download snap "chromium" (909) from channel "stable" 0%
158B/s 12d1h

I have to wait for at least 12 days to install chromium. Actually, this
process is started yesterday but it crashes, so I have to restart.
However, it does not start from where it stopped.

snap is wasting my time, remove it or fix your website. :-(
