Public bug reported:

After upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10 I can't use latest recommended Nvidia
driver for my Nvidia GeForce GT 735M from repository. Only old 340 and
390 driver.

$ ubuntu-drivers devices
== /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0 ==
modalias : pci:v000010DEd00001291sv0000104Dsd000090B7bc03sc02i00
vendor   : NVIDIA Corporation
model    : GK208M [GeForce GT 735M]
driver   : nvidia-340 - distro non-free
driver   : nvidia-driver-390 - distro non-free recommended
driver   : xserver-xorg-video-nouveau - distro free builtin

Before upgrade in Ubuntu 19.04 I could use graphics-driver ppa for
latest Nvidia drivers and install 415 driver. Now in 19.10 adding ppa
doesn't help. I see only old drivers. It seems my card is blacklisted in
Ubuntu 19.10 for 415 driver and higher.

I could only manually install 415 from Nvidia site which is recommended
for my card by Nvidia.
