Can you remove and re-install the package? See that the script is complaining about the folder '/usr/share/openstack- dashboard/themes/default', while what is really in the system is '/usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/themes/default'.
A few more questions: Is there any manual change done in this system? Do you have the steps to reproduce this issue?
