Reproduced on 19.10 Ubuntu image (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily- live/20191016.5/eoan-desktop-amd64.iso) on a Dell XPS 13 running with UEFI and Secure Boot.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Boot the 19.10 image 2. Select "Install Ubuntu" 3.
