Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Rhythmbox is bad for media library. You can only specify your library location to one place. But I have example /home/me/Music but also /media/music/ It would be better if you could specify a list of locations instead of just one location. I used a music player software called musikCube it was much better. You could select "Synchronize" and it would quickly re-scan and add new files to the library, and remove entries from the library that are deleted files. You cannot right-click on the 'Track', 'Title', 'Genre', 'Artist', 'Album' and 'Time' things to add/remove the ones you want, example if someone wanted to add 'Bitrate', 'Year' or 'Rating' to the details displayed in the media library. ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Bad for media library https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164986 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
