Barabazon, thanks for this report. This bug would have been avoided by my design from 2016 that combines the “Ubuntu Software”, “Other Software”, and “Authentication” tabs into a single “Channels” tab. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareAndUpdatesSettings>
As a short-term fix, perhaps the Russian translators could reduce the problem by using shorter strings for the tab labels.
