Public bug reported: [Summary] In order to access the docking station resource, the system should pop up an authentication window after the cold boot. But, currently, no authentication window pops up after the cold boot. The authentication window only pops up after replugging it during the running state of the system.
[Steps to reproduce] 1. keep machine in the power-off state. 2. Plugin the docking station(TB16/TB18) 3. Boot up the system 4.
