Public bug reported: The issue is very similar as the one reported here: https://github.com/dotnet/core/issues/3312 (I was getting the same error)
I solved it by selecting a previuos kernel when restarting and the executing: sudo apt-get purge linux-image-5.0.0.27-generic sudo apt-get purge linux-headers-5.0.0.27-generic To remove the kernel with the issue. Now I'm running with kernel 4.18 and all the docker images were sucessfully built.
