Public bug reported:

After a fresh install of Mint 19.2 64 bit, I installed Ugene through the
repositories, v1.25.0. In the out of the box configuration, the
installation does not work.

When executed through the terminal, two errors are reported:
1) Translation not found: transl_en

2) /usr/lib/ugene/ugene: line 69: 2158 Segmentation fault (core dumped)
"$dirname/$appname" "${params[@]}"

Though the copy obtained from the PPA seems to work without problems
(ppa:iefremov/ppa).

** Affects: ugene (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
