1. It clearly takes 1-2 minutes between the BIOS and GRUB. I have attached the image. Here the monitor remains blank and the monitor's LED blinks.
2. Mind here, this problem occurs only on restarts and not while turning on the computer for the first time. 3. I have never come across this problem neither with Feisty nor Edgy nor Dapper. Right from Day 1 with Gutsy, I got this error and it occurs randomly.
