I'm Katsuya, an old engineer in Japan.
Excuse me, my poor English.
At importing ticket, Redmine reports internal error.
The log of Redmine says bellow;
Errno::EACCES (Permission denied @ dir_s_mkdir -
/usr/share/redmine/tmp):
I guess the directory should be /var/cache/<instance>/tmp or other
sybmolic links like as "/usr/share/redmine/instances/<instance>/tmp".
The attachment is a part of Redmin's "production.log".
