This bug has been fixed upstream in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165343 but this will not be fixed in Ubuntu until Ubuntu sets by default the option "Hyper is mapped to the Win-keys" in all keyboard layouts, as said in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=165343#c57
