Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 and Evolution 3.28-5 and I believe I'm hitting the same
problem (10 years later!).
The spell checker marks every word as misspelled when Bulgarian is used,
while with English it seems to work pretty fine.
Can this bug be fixed, please?
