This is the workaround:

$ sudo wget http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/e/eclipse
/libequinox-osgi-java_3.8.1-8_all.deb

$ sudo dpkg -x ./libequinox-osgi-java_3.8.1-8_all.deb /
