Public bug reported:

When trying to start jupyter-notebook it complains about missing
libraries:

ImportError: No module named tornado.log
ImportError: No module named jinja2
ImportError: No module named zmq.eventloop

After apt-get install python-{zmq,jinja2,tornado}

Everything works, so these packages should go into the dependency list,
imo.
