Public bug reported: GPaste is broken on my system : the extension is marked as error in https://extensions.gnome.org/local/
In syslog I found this error: Extension "gpa...@gnome-shell-extensions.gnome.org" had error: TypeError: this._construct is not a function It seems to be linked to the passage to ES6 on gjs (see https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gjs/issues/233) This seems to be fixed in newer release of gpaste. See https://github.com/Keruspe/GPaste/commit/e9473969abf6ae457c79cd14233c71d61a3f16f6 So as 19.04 ships with Gnome 3.32, you should update gnome-shell- extensions-gpaste to last version. $ lsb_release -a LSB Version: core-10.2019031300ubuntu1-noarch:printing-10.2019031300ubuntu1-noarch:security-10.2019031300ubuntu1-noarch Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 19.04 Release: 19.04 Codename: disco gnome-shell version: 3.32.0+git20190410-1ubuntu1 gnome-shell-extensions-gpaste version: 3.30.2-1ubuntu1 ** Affects: gpaste (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1831476 Title: gpaste extension is broken on ubuntu 19.04 (needs update) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gpaste/+bug/1831476/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
