Please sync lp-solve 5.5.0.10-9 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu changes are:
Use -fPIC instead of -fpic, fixes build failure on sparc.
Don't ignore errors in the build scripts.
This is fixed in debian
