Andrew, it seems `lxqt-config-brightness -d` should decrease the brightness and `lxqt-config-brightness -i` should increase it. Media keys XF86MonBrightnessUp/Down and Shift+Control+F6/7 are set in `lxqt-globalkeysd` to call these commands. It seems there is no option through `lxqt-config-brightness` to adjust the backlight.
