Public bug reported:

# Steps to reproduce

- Install Lubuntu 19.04 in a virtual machine,
- create an empty file on the desktop,
- right-click on the file>Open With...> Other Applications,
- click on the "Custom Command" tab of the "Choose an Application" window,
- write "vim" in the "Command line to execute:" field,
- write "vim" in the "Application name:" field.

# Expected

It should be possible to click on the OK button.

# Actual results

The OK button is disabled so clicking on it does not do anything.

# Affected versions

Lubuntu 19.04
pcmanfm-qt 0.14.1

# Additional notes

Note 1: the first time you follow the steps to reproduce, if you are careful
about the OK button in the "Custom Command" tab of the "Choose an Application"
window as soon as you enter the tab, you will see that it is enabled during 2
or 3 seconds maybe and then only it is disabled.
To observe this, it must be the first time you try the steps for a given file.
See Note 2 if it is not the first time.

Note 2: After reproducing the steps, click on the Cancel button because
you have no choice. Repeat the steps and now the button will stay
enabled. If not, repeat one more time the steps.
