Please also attach your *.ppd files in /etc/cups/ppd/. Also follow the instructions of the section "CUPS error_log" on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems and then run # cupsd -f -c /etc/cups/cupsd.conf again.
