That site (https://correo.uhu.es) doesn't provide the full certificate
chain. In other words, it doesn't provide the intermediary CA (AC
Componentes Informáticos) used to issued his certificate.

As said by cor-el [1]:

"Firefox automatically stores intermediate certificates that servers
send in the Certificate Manager for future usage. If a server doesn't
send a full certificate chain then you won't get an untrusted error when
Firefox has stored missing intermediate certificates from visiting a
server in the past that has send it, but you do get an untrusted error
if this intermediate certificate isn't stored yet."

You can check it by visiting this web:

https://www.edu.xunta.es/webmail/

before https://correo.uhu.es. Then you shouldn't see any unknown issuer
warning.

About ssllabs.com/ssltest, it seems that they don't follow Firefox
release schedule. [2]
