Public bug reported:

Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite R20 tablet pc. Here is the steps to reproduce
the bug :

1. Hit the power button, press hibernate. The computer will shift to a black
screen, display some weird messages, and then shutdown. Aftewards, it powers on
and asks for the password. After typing it, I get back to where I left, but I
have a warning - "Ubuntu failed to hibernate" or something like that.
2. Try to use the computer normally for a while. When new applications are
opened, their screen "freezes" and one can't close them.
3. Try to restart X (crtl-alt-backspace). The computer won't start X again, but
will instead make a cold boot.

Please, tell me what I can do to provide more information about this
weird bug.

About the suspend, when I try it, the computer screen goes back, and the
HD is kept on, and the cooler keeps spinning. I can't exit that state.
The only way to bring the computer back it by holding the power button
for a few seconds, making a reset, so the computer does a cold boot.
