Could you please test or tell what happens with nvidia selected? It used to worked fine to me with nvidia too, as I said before. Are you on the latest release? 18.04.2? Up to date? I haven't tested that kernel yet, and it wasn't automatically installed running apt upgrade or full- upgrade.... I'm running:
apt install linux-image-4.18.0-17-generic linux-modules-4.18.0-17-generic linux-headers-4.18.0-17-generic linux-modules-extra-4.18.0-17-generic To install it. Well I just tested with intel or nvidia and just as always: https://imgur.com/a/FKJq9we I suspect the issue has to do with another application or module.... Will possibly work if i do a fresh install... but that's such a lazy solution and I won't really find the bug then.
