Public bug reported:

Package: aspell-de
Version: 20161207-5

I'm using Ubuntu cosmic.

How to reproduce:

1) Run any of
aspell -d de_DE-neu -a
aspell -d de-neu -a

2) Type in

instantiieren
instanziieren

3) Observe that aspell knows the version with "t", but not with "z".
However, www.duden.de says it's the other way round: it clearly mentions
"instanziieren" and doesn't know "instantiieren" at all. The proper verb
is "instanziieren", and that's what aspell should recognize (and ignore
the other spelling) nowadays.

Please update your dictionaries (and/or ask for an update upstream if it
exists and if it is necessary).
