I can confirm this bug. Virtual box starts with kernel 4.4.0-142, but gives above errors with kernel 4.4.0-143.
When trying to reinstall vbox (/sbin/vboxconfig as root) also the version in kernel 4.4.142 breaks but can be easily repaired by reinstalling vbox with kernel 4.4.0-142 active. So I need to start 4.4.0-142 to use vbox as temporarily workaround.
