See I think this might not be such a bad idea just because completion
could be better done in different ways, and needs more frequent
updating.

But as is, this suggestion is stupid. Completion should probably be done
with some more powerful and less crufty. As in a scripting language, and
not bash (which is a bad shell). Or, you could just `rm
/etc/bash_completion`, even if bash was broken up completion would still
be the default.
