Bluetooth: hci0: last event is not cmd complete (0x0f)
are causing:
kobject_add_internal_failed for hci0:11 with --EEXIST, don't try to
register things with the same name in the same directory
This issue is about kernel - it shouldn't rely on state of unrealiable
propertary drivers. Sometimes rmmod all bluetooth modules helps, sometimes
restart is just faster.
