Ahhh sorry forgot to close this...

I tried so many ways to find the solution, re-installing Ubuntu,
restarting my laptop and everything. The solution was turning it off and
waiting for a couple of minutes shutting off and on the device within.

I have dual boot and the problem persist in Window with Windows 10 as OS
which

The real problem was that the device was disabled for some reason and
that the system could not find it in any way, since it was disabled.
Thus the solution was turning it off.

Don't know why restarting the device didn't make it restart the device
itself.
