goto https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/locator/ec2/ filter to say 18.04
LTS and hvm:instance-store and click on each ami id to bring up the aws
console showing which instance types are available, they are very very
inconsistent.
Please make the same instance types available across all regions for all
amis
