I am experiencing this bug as well. I have a single account using the exchange protocol, and two filters which are supposed to move messages to particular folders based on the From address.
For example, "if sender is [EMAIL PROTECTED], move to folder personal/blah". In the account editor, I have the "Apply filters to new messages in Inbox on this server" checked for this particular account. I just installed Gutsy a few days ago and I'm fully updated.
