I installed 4.15.0-45 using sudo apt install linux-image-4.15.0-45-generic/bionic-proposed linux- headers-4.15.0-45/bionic-proposed linux-cloud-tools-4.15.0-45-generic /bionic-proposed
After rebooting into the proposed kernel, displaying and moving windows is very chubby and ubuntu does not find my external monitor.
