The program GIMP is also malfunctioning, it changes the settings of the tools on its own and it won't let me use a section of the file. This happens when I need to use the crop rectangular to crop images, it's as if the Internet Changes the settings. However, it does work if I hit reset settings. I believe that it has to do with the Internet and sites like Google that create evil scripts.
