I have found a temporary solution for my problem. I've noticed than Xorg does not freeze when running a fullscreen application like video player (in fullscreen mode), game, etc. So i just set up an OpenGL screensaver with 5 minutes delay, which prevents freezing. Actually, this is not a solution, but at least I do not worry about my data and my nerves :)
