Public bug reported:

A handful of Snaps won't start after updating the snapd. Not all snaps
are affected.

Examples:
$ vlc
VLC media player 3.0.5 Vetinari (revision 3.0.5-1-0-g653c0c1)

Chromium and Firefox work as expected. Gimp works also OK. VLC and keepassxc 
don't start.
