OK. There's one more thing to check before we can blame the kernel... Reboot, login, and leave the machine completely idle without ever having launched any apps. Is the power usage still too high? If yes, please then run 'ps auxw > allprocs.txt' and attach 'allprocs.txt' here. Then try uninstalling the 'removeaccesibility' extension and retest.
