For the past couple of week I have had my desktop machine rolled back to stock 18.04 with these updates, and all seems stable and the fixes do as advertised.
I have also done some additional verification snapshotting a VM, rolling that back and forward to test. So as a Kubuntu developer, I am +1 on shipping these.
