I suspect I need to open a new bug for the ASUS docking station (detachable bluetooth keyboard with touchpad) under 18.04.1 LTS.
This system is completely up to date, but it still reports 0% charge all the time. I checked the directory tree for /sys/class/power_supply/AC0 (the mouse is blah/BAT0), but it doesn't have entries for capacity or capacity_level! Comparing the mouse with the dock, I found the former has a type of battery, while the latter has one of mains! I don't feel this is a kernel problem any more - I suspect this is a udev issue. Can anyone advise me whether my suspicion is correct and, if so, how to create a quirk file to correct the device definition... please? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1769075 Title: [regression][bionic] Bluetooth keyboard battery reports 0% (in kernel 4.15 and later) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/1769075/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
